About Beyond Credentials
Andy O’Dower and Kevin Melgaard founded Beyond Credentials when they saw the need for a members only network and community of Generation Y (born 1980-2000) job seekers and companies targeting these candidates for internships and careers. Beyond Credentials is currently helping recent graduates promote their personal brand, find entry level jobs, network more effectively and improve their after college job search in Kansas City, Chicago, Denver and St. Louis.
Kansas City-based Beyond Credentials is an exclusive web community where only qualified job seekers and companies can join and connect through interactive candidate and company branding profiles.  To qualify, candidates must be students or alumni from the top 250 universities in the United States with a current or graduating 3.0+ grade point average.   Companies are evaluated by community standing, culture and quality of opportunities.  Many college grads seeking a career utilize their professional profile over a resume to get internships and jobs after college and beyond.
